To drop or not to drop that is the question

Often we face a dilema: to drop pounds and get leaner at the expense of wanting to get stronger, Or gain weight to lift heavier. What is your opinion on how useful is strength versus looking lean. When talking about lean, we are talking 13 to 18% for men, 18 to 23 % for women. I want to known your opinion. Answer weather you leaner or stronger is better? Let’s talk!!
