Your coach guides a small group of 6 to 8 participants, tracking your progress, and pushing you to do a little more each time. This class is for everyone that can perform in group, regardless of training experience,

8 Week Novice Linear Progression Class
Participants are grouped in smaller 2 to 3 people and assigned a station to work. Trainees perform a excercise specific warm up, then begin adding weight to the barbells according to program.
Refunds may be issued when participant is not able to continue with class due to illness or health related reason in the first week of class. Miami Strength Club will allow trainee to join a class in the future and finish any unused sessions.
No refunds after the first week of class.
