Program Overview.

The back drop of this program is Strength Training. This program is dedicated to shoulder development.

 

You will gain strength and put some size on your body provided you are follwoing adecuate nutrition and rest. You will include this shoulder workout to your regular rutine. Press Every other day. You will go up in weight every 2 workouts.   As you continue to implement the program, you may add some of you favorite exercises.
