Jen started as one of our early club members. As people noticed her commitment and her training style, members suggested she begin teaching classes at Miami Strength Club. Since then, Jen has been giving our members great results through fun and exciting workouts. She includes strength and condition, as well as a Leg and Bun class. Jen's workout structure and programming are well suited for those looking to remain lean, athletic, and have a little fun.

Sergio, a Florida native, has had a passion for fitness from an early age. No stranger to athletics, he's played a variety of sports over the the years, such as football, weightlifting, and cross country. He's a veteran of multiple OCR races and an avid mountain hiker.
Sergio is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Federation of Professional Trainers and holds multiple specializations from both the American Council on Exercise and the International Sports Sciences Association in senior fitness, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning. Additionally, he holds a CrossFit Level 1 certificate. His fitness philosophy stems from Jerry Rice, (NFL Hall of Famer), and that is, "To do today what others won't, so that tomorrow you can accomplish what others can't".
