From 2014 to 2016, he acted as a strength & conditioning coach at Miami Dade FC and continues to coach World-class athletes of different sports. Specializes in strength and conditioning. When not teaching at the gym, you can still find her there, practicing her Olympic lifting as well as strength training. Jen started as one of our early club members. As people noticed her commitment and her training style, members suggested she begin teaching classes at Miami Strength Club. Since then, Jen has been giving our members great results through fun and exciting workouts. She includes strength and condition, as well as a Leg and Bun class. Jen's workout structure and programming are well suited for those looking to remain lean, athletic, and have a little fun.
Currently, Jen is completing her certification with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in the following areas: Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning.

Specializes in bridging personal training and mobility -flexibility techniques for clients dealing with an injury. With a B.S in Exercise Physiology and experience involving work in physical therapy, Carol helps clients train, improve and feel better. Carol holds an NCSF Certified Personal Trainer Certificate and is also focused on acquiring a Strength Conditioning Coach (SCC) credential. Carol will get you started and guide your progress.
