With over 20 years of experience in helping his clients realize their dreams. Rafael has coached at The City University of New York, among many other top private fitness institutions. From 2014 to 2016, he acted as a strength & conditioning coach at Miami Dade FC and continues to coach World-class athletes of different sports. Whether you are just starting, or a well-accomplished athlete, Coach Rafa's ability to identify what his clients need in the context of their goals and their history is precisely what makes him a top expert.
Specializes in strength and conditioning. When not teaching at the gym, you can still find her there, practicing her Olympic lifting as well as strength training. Jen started as one of our early club members. As people noticed her commitment and her training style, members suggested she begin teaching classes at Miami Strength Club. Since then, Jen has been giving our members great results through fun and exciting workouts. She includes strength and condition, as well as a Leg and Bun class. Jen's workout structure and programming are well suited for those looking to remain lean, athletic, and have a little fun.
Currently, Jen is completing her certification with the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) in the following areas: Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, Strength and Conditioning.
For over 15 years, Paula has helped thousands of people with her multi-discipline therapies to improve their lives. Paula is the Founder of Sanatura, a methodology she dedigned to provide internal and external wellness. Paula's expertise includes Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Shiatsu Massage, Sports Massage, Neuromuscular Therapy, Cupping, Kinesio Tape, Wrappings, among other techniques.

Sergio, a Florida native, has had a passion for fitness from an early age. No stranger to athletics, he's played a variety of sports over the the years, such as football, weightlifting, and cross country. He's a veteran of multiple OCR races and an avid mountain hiker.
Sergio is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Federation of Professional Trainers and holds multiple specializations from both the American Council on Exercise and the International Sports Sciences Association in senior fitness, corrective exercise, and strength and conditioning. Additionally, he holds a CrossFit Level 1 certificate. His fitness philosophy stems from Jerry Rice, (NFL Hall of Famer), and that is, "To do today what others won't, so that tomorrow you can accomplish what others can't".
