How much is a membership at Miami Strength Club?
Miami Strength Club is arguably the best Gym Membership in Miami. Members pay for different tier memberships. Memberships start from just $139 to $389 a month.
Does Miami Strength Club have guest passes?
Unlike other gyms you may have tried in the past, Miami Strength Club guest passes allow the potential member or guest of a member to try the club without a long-term commitment. Miami Strength Club does charge a fee for these trials, and it does counts as a down payment for your membership if you do decide to join.
Does Miami Strength Club have Student Discount?
If you are a full-time university student, you will get a discount when you sign up for 6 months or more. Discounts are subject to verification of eligibility. A letter from your school, current school transcript, and registration will suffice.
Can I freeze my membership at Miami Strength Club?
After the end of the first six (6) months, you can freeze the membership for 2 months. Freezing your membership will not extend the length of any limited-time offer. For example, if you got a 10% discount for 12 months, your membership due will reflect the change to regular current rates accordingly, despite the freeze. Other restrictions apply. How much is Miami Strength Club’s Personal Training?
In general, the more fancy-schmancy your gym is, the more personal training sessions will cost. For instance, while personal training sessions at Miami Strength Club cost you up to $95 per hour session, big-chain commercial gyms would charge you $110 to $160 per hour. Some private studios and boutique facilities cost about $100 to $155.

How does training work?
All memberships at Miami Strength Club include some form of coaching or access to DIY guides. You'll love the personalized approach to your programming. Upon establishing your goals and timelines, we recommend an exercise program, such as three days per week, using sets of five, sets of 8, etc. Depending on your training experience, you may perform conditioning from the start or see direct cardio training later. We track your strength increases, changes in body composition, and your technical execution during workout performance.
