Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, use the app to cancel. You may also contact us 24 hours in advance in writing, via email at coaching@miamistrengthclub.com. SMS Text messages, or chat messages do not constitute "in writing in advance". Missed or skipped sessions will be considered used and charged. Neither sessions, nor plan are transferable. The plan and sessions are assigned to the account owner only during the length of the program, and for the session date and time. All sales are final. No refunds.
