Service Description

"Personal Training" is an exclusive modality of coaching in which you get the most straightforward path to your progress. Your coach analyses your outcome objectives and tailors your program, training approach, and implementation. One-on-one coaching is for you if you want to maximize time over medium to long training periods. Programs range in training frequency, two, three, and four times per week depending on the client's availability and their capacity to recover. Your training program is designed around your needs and abilities. Coaching sessions length range from 45 mins ($150) to 1.5 hour ($209). Training Program Design Packages designed to be completed in a few weeks to a few months are available. You book sessions by appointment with Rafael Cruz, or one of his coaches. Personal training packages grant you member status and benefits.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, use the app to cancel. You may also contact us 24 hours in advance in writing, via email at SMS Text messages, or chat messages do not constitute "in writing in advance". Missed or skipped sessions will be considered used and charged. Neither sessions, nor plan are transferable. The plan and sessions are assigned to the account owner only during the length of the program, and for the session date and time. All sales are final. No refunds.
